Spiritual Formation

Spiritual formation is the experience of growth in prayer. At St. Matthew’s, spiritual formation occurs through participation in Sunday Mass, praying the Daily Offices, and cultivating prayerfulness in all of life’s tasks and seasons. We recommend that everyone meets with a Spiritual Director: a person trained in guiding people to see and participate in the movements of God’s grace their lives.
